Welcome to the August doodle challenge! 🙂
If you love to travel you’d better get ready, because this month will be a treat!
(and when I think better, I don’t know a person who doesn’t!)
The theme of this month’s doodles is Around the globe – in 30 days. 😉
(and, don’t worry, I know August has 31 days, so you won’t miss a day without a doodle idea. I wanted to pay a tribute to it being an 8th month of the year – which leaves the rest 30 days to these travel doodle prompts)
Whether you have travel plans or not, this is an opportunity to explore different places on our planet and get creative with the way you’ll present them.
Maybe you’ll choose to do a flag for each state, make an outline of their borders, draw a tourist destination that speaks to you the most, a national meal, or most notable sites.
Whatever a certain country inspires you!
Who knows – this doodle challenge might also serve you as your travel bucket list for the future. 😉
(see some other bullet journal collection page ideas you can add into your journal)
Now, I know you know, but I have to mention this just in case – as with every other doodle challenge here, I’ve created a free printable page for you with already filled out drawing prompts so you could instantly start doodling. 🙂
And now it’s time to see which countries you’ll be visiting!
- Number 8
- New Zealand
- South Africa
- United Kingdom
Want to have a visual overview of the daily topics at your hand?
Then pin this image ? for super-easy access! 😉
And that’s it!
I know there are a lot more interesting countries worth visiting, but the month has only a certain amount of days…
I do hope you like the idea behind this August doodle challenge and that you’ll join the fun. 🙂
If you do, and you’re not shy to share your creations, I’d love to see them on Instagram!
Just add #clpdoodlechallenge or tag me @cutelittlepaper.
See you again soon with a new set of drawing prompts!
(and if you’d like to have a single place for your drawings, thoughts, and plans consider starting a bullet journal – it’s much easier than you may think, yet is super-fun -and useful- to keep one!)
Oh, and if you love doodling and are looking for more drawing ideas, you can see my other monthly doodle challenges.
Lastly, if you’re also a fan of writing, my August journaling prompts are a real treat for all travel lovers. All I’m gonna say is that this list of daily writing prompts will delight both you and your journal. 😉
Have an amazing August!
