November is here, and it’s time for another (to be more precise – 11th!) doodle challenge!
You probably know that throughout the year we had drawing challenges around many different topics, most of which revolved around specific events, holidays, or seasons.
This time I wanted to make a challenge that will focus on you and your well-being, so the topic of this month is self-care.

As you already know, self-care involves many levels, and because of that there will be prompts that, at first glance, will seem difficult to draw and put on paper – but don’t get discouraged.
